Hereby invited by Shuangliu Communist Party Committee and Government, I on behalf of HongKong Dragon Group, attend this 2012 Chengdu Shuangliu (Hong Kong) Investment Explanation Meeting and give speech. Hong Kong Dragon Group was established in 1998 and always takes innovative and stable operation strategies. We have outstanding management and staffs and we are always committed to providing enterprises with complete platform for developing and helping them to expand unlimited development space. Our core businesses also include international trade and oversea investment. With our sound strength and forward looking visions, our businesses have reached aboard include Mainland China, Europe, USA, Vietnam and India and other countries. In the meantime, by taking the opportunity of building well-off society of China and speeding up development of culture and tourism, we are cooperating with many regions to introduce many global famous investment companies and design companies to develop tourism, entertainment, shopping, leisure, holiday, culture, hotel, conference, exhibition and headquarter economy etc. in order to build international city complexes. So in the future, commercial and tourism will be another core business of our company.

At present, we have two development parks in Sichuan Province, Chengdu Dragon Port Qingyang Park and Shuangliu Park, both developing very fast. Shuangliu Park located in Shuangliu County was commenced construction in 2004, and now is entering industrial upgrade phase. We are realizing sustainable economy, carrying out five-year plan, eight projects and three indexes. Hereby, on behalf of HongKong Dragon Group I’d like to give my sincere gratitude to Mr. Gao Zhicheng, every leader and guest for your vigorous support. Today, I’m authorized by our president to announce formally that HongKong Dragon Group will add investment of 8 billion RMB to build Seaside City Shopping Mall and Venice Bay in Shuangliu Zone Dragon Port. Among the 8 billion RMB, 3 billion will be invested into building the Seaside City Shopping Mall which includes 250,000m2 international shopping center, Aquarium with new Guinness record, ice rink, Bell helicopter and Giant Screen Cinema etc; 5 billion for Venice Bay with area of 600,000m2, it includes: auto exhibition and sale center, 6 Grade-A office building, integrating creation, invention, design and business and Holiday Inn etc.

And last but not least, I’d like to thank distinguished Mr. Gao Zhicheng , every leader and guests for long time vigorous support to Hong Kong Dragon Group and Dragon Port. With your support and guidance, our investment and development are better than anyone else, and it enables Shuangliu to be a more excellent and compatible reion. Today’s Shuangliu is totally different from before, and in the future I believe there will be more enterprises from Hong Kong and Oversea will come to Shuangliu to build base in Shuangliu. Thanks!
