The Seaside City Shopping Mall is located in Chengdu Dragon Park Shuangliu Zone. HongKong Dragon Group will invest 6 billion RMB to build Seaside City Shopping Mall which is considered as a key project to represent the industrial transition of Shuangliu Zone Dragon Park. It will be designed and built by an international famous design and construction team and be managed by DTZ Ltd which is one of the big five international property consultants. The total business volume is 1.13 million m², of which 270,000m² for shopping center, 250,000m² for office building, 400,000m² for parking tower and 100,000m² for 5-star hotel.
The shopping mall will bring in brand new theme businesses, including Dragon of Ocean Aquarium which will create a new Guinness record, helicopter club which is the first one in Asia, ice rink which is able to hold international matches, Giant Screen Cinema which can hold 5000 customers at the same time and flight simulator etc. Besides, an independent parking tower with 16,000 parking units will be built for the shopping center, which can bring customers comfortable parking experience in the shopping center.

Dragon Park Zijing International Cinema is located on the Dragon Avenue in Chengdu Dragon Port Industry Park, opened on July 6th, 2010.

The area of Dragon Park Zijing International Cinema is more than 6,000m², the most expensive independent cinema in Southwestern China with four stories, 9 screens and 1.200 seats.
